We have developed a sophisticated Extranet system for this large agency to enable all their many staff to coordinate and communicate between themselves and between their offices in Pall Mall, Bristol, Newtown and Cardiff.

The system tracks all their ongoing projects, clients, tenders and so forth and manages the master company timetable for things like meetings, holidays, project deadlines and so forth.

Being web-based via secure logins, company staff can keep their fingers on the pulse no matter where in the world they are.

The system also manages the central file system so employees can access theirs and the companies documents remotely.

We designed and programmed the Extranet specifically for them from the ground up, as no off-the-shelf package provided the specific feature range they were looking for and they seemed overly complicated. For the employees to embrace and utilise the new Extranet it had to be made very simple and quick to learn how to use, as well as visually engaging.
